St. Vincent’s HealthCare to Host Victory in Pink Party

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – If you are a breast cancer survivor or you know someone who is, there is a party just for you.  St. Vincent’s HealthCare is hosting a day-long celebration of women who have fought breast cancer. We have taken our Ladies Night Out event from last year and kicked it up a notch. This year’s event, titled “Victory in Pink,” will be a whole day affair that will take place on October 1st at the St. Johns Town Center.

The block party will kick off at noon with a “Pretty in Pink” fashion show featuring the latest in Fall styles from various St. Johns Town Center retailers.  Later in the afternoon, the fashion shows take on new meaning as breast cancer survivors walk the catwalk as their stories of struggle and triumph are shared from 4-7pm.

If you have beaten breast cancer or are fighting it right now, you can sign up to be a model by calling 308-7990 or email Edward Bateh at edward.bateh@jaxhealth.com.
