Police Release Composite Sketch Of Burglar Who Shot Navy Pilot

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has released a composite sketch of a man they believe shot an Avondale man after being discovered burglarizing a garage.

The victim, Brian Plauche, a 28-year old Navy pilot, was coming home from a walk when he noticed someone in his garage in the 3800 block of Eloise Street.  A physical altercation started and the unknown suspect shot the victim in the torso. 

The victim drove himself to the hospital. He has non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect is described as a white male, mid-twenties to early thirties, skinny build, and approximately 5'9" tall.
