Police identify man suspected of Riverside murder | News
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has released the name of a man suspected of killing his girlfriend Tuesday morning.
Shannon Hartley, Public Information Officer for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said detectives are searching for 27-year-old Prince Deandre Sanders.
Hartley said police believe Sanders may be driving a red 2000 Chevrolet Impala with license plate # 738 4HJ.
Tuesday morning JSO Homicide Detectives responded to the 700 block of Ralph Street.
JSO Homicide Sergeant Shawn Coursey said police were called to the Riverside address Tuesday morning to a report of shots being fired.
Coursey said Monday night a Sanders and his girlfriend became involved in a domestic dispute.
Sanders then allegedly left, Coursey said, but returned Tuesday morning. Coursey said when he came back he allegedly shot and killed his girlfriend. Police have not yet identified the girlfriend.
